Your new role
On your new position of a Talent Researcher you will be responsible for collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers from Germany, identify passive talent utilizing internal and external databases, Internet searching and other sourcing tools, conduct market mapping to help analyze talent landscapes, develop wide breadth of industry knowledge to support research in a variety of practice areas, utilize database to maintain candidate records, ensuring quality and accuracy of data, work with recruiting community to understand and address data and reporting capabilities in database, synthesize data to identify themes and trends in talent and communicate through memos, spreadsheets, and data-driven charts, develop and present alternative sourcing strategies to Recruiters and hiring managers when appropriate, based on data analysis and perceptions
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will hold a relevant University degree and have relevant working experience of at least 1-2 years (for Talent Researcher role experience in similar work is a must). Fluency in English and German - written and spoken is a must.
