For our Client - international, prestigious organization based in Poznan we are currently looking for French speaking people for the position of Customer Service Specialist with French.
Your new role
The primary role for this position is to serve as the interface for Consumer service with Employer’s brands. Our Consumer Care Representatives are responsible for building and enhancing relationships with our end consumers (users & choosers). We do this by:
trouble shooting, creative problem solving
answering product questions
processing warranty claims
providing pricing information
replying to incoming email, live chat, and other general inquiries
What you'll need to succeed
University degree or last year of studies
Excellent communication skills
Good / very good command of French
Good knowledge of English
1 year Consumer/Customer Service experience would be beneficial
Computer system proficiency - MS Office
Strong phone etiquette, verbal communications, grammatical and professional business skills
Confident, detail oriented
Adept at multi-tasking
Positive attitude and perspective
