Currently, for an international company form financial industry, we are looking for a candidate for a role of back office team leader with German.
A person on this position will lead a newly-created team of 8 specialists dedicated to support German-speaking clients. Main responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of the day-to-day business, managing workload, ensuring efficient cost management and implementation of measures for process optimisation and improvement of efficiency.
We expect university degree, fluency in German and English, leadership experience and pro-active attitude. Additionally you need to be able to work across multiple stakeholders and functions in a matrix organisation, as well as be capableto make improvements in start-up environment. Perseverance in achieving goals, self-confidence and excellent organisational skills are required too.
